Great Email & Social CRM Integration

Pros
Makes sense of ALL your connections. Upload an email list and easily find out what social channels they are using to connect on those platforms as well. Multiple tags: people don't always fall nicely in to neat piles, that's why I appreciate the tags, this allows me to find the people I want to find when I want to find them and also see what areas individuals fall into. Messages at a glance: I have 5 different email addresses for different purposes, plus I like to track @mentions on Twitter and LinkedIn messages, I can easily sort and track.
Cons
Not a lot of cons, especially for the price.

Social media integration and simplicity of use. Also fantastic customer service.

Not as feature rich as some of the heavy weights. But that's not what you should be after anyway.

Pros
The dashboards are clean and simple. Inputting contacts from social media networks and address books is easy and allows you to keep an overview of contacts you need to keep up with, as well as highly detailed notes about interactions with them individually. Within the platform users can track the value and timelines for sales or marketing deals, limiting the need for multiple programs.
Cons
Currently only 1 social media account can be added to a Nimble profile. (This appears to be on the radar according to support pages.)
Summary
It is a great platform for managing contacts, scheduling communications, and planning out deals. For all that it provides for a user, the platform is seamless and comfortable enough for novices and experts alike.

Pros
Easily listen to what connections, clients, prospects, brands are saying across all their social streams. Keeps track of all communications - email and social networks with contacts in one place. Notes, Tasks, Events, Custom Tags, Today Screen, Stay in Touch Reminders, Deals...... Support is top notch. Just send a tweet to @nimble and the response is lightening fast. Syncs with many other useful platforms.
Cons
No Exchange support yet.... only a con if IMAP is not enabled, which happens.
Summary
Updates keep making Nimble better and better. If your a gmail user you will love Nimble as it will allow you to use Nimble within Gmail itself. The Rapportive integration allows contacts to be imported directly from Gmail. This Social CRM platform is a home run created by the man who defined the CRM world.
