  Pros

  When the program did work, I cannot tell you how wonderful it was - I had an award-winning waterfall pic.

  Cons

  This program worked one day; the next day, it could not run - as it changed file types from .exe to .cfg. I have uninstalled the entire Nik Collection - twice. Both times, the Sharpener Pro 3 remains the same with old install date; all other plug-ins show the current date of install. There is no support; no response to 3 forums requests. Now, I'm back to no waterfall texture and overhanging trees are mud, no leaves.

  If you can get a clean install to give you a current software, then, God bless you. If you can get Nik Collection forum to recognize your need for help, then, God bless you.
