• Started out great but repeatedly crashed.

  Pros

  At first I loved this software. It had a central interface that allowed me to set up analysis for all the sites I host. Reports were great too.

  Cons

  Then it crashed and deleted all of my user accounts. I reinstalled and reentered all my user accounts and it crahed again. Absolutely no response from technical support although I was still within the first 30 days of purchasing the product. I really think this would be a great product if it would just be stable.

  Pros

  For the small price, this product packs some punch. I've been using it for about three years now and it's a great little asset. It has great looking reports. I highly recommend it.

  Program suddenly stopped. Tech support has been totally non-responsive. Now I am stuck with a program I paid for but can't use.

  Pros

  Although v2 has not many innovations (as far as reports are concerned), it does e-mail and ftp the reports. What I liked more is that it can be translated into other languages, so non-english users can present stats to others in their language. Recommended!

  A)A few minor bugs that were reported to support was told that will be fixed soon. B)The translation needs to be 100%, there are still some bits that are in English and cannot be touched

  The software package is suppose to analyze your webserver log and spit out some useful stats.

  Unfortunately, this software seems to be unable to perform it's basic function. This software spits out summaries that are clearly inaccurate. I have the full version because my predecessor at work purchased this product. Don't bother with downloading the trail version. It is not worth the time. My company paid for this product and I can not get a response from the company when I tried getting support help. I would like to suggest a freeware product called analog. Analog is not perfect. But it is far better than Nihuo's Weblog analyzer.

  From what I saw of it, the Nihuo Web Log Analyzer provides very informative and relevant data. However, once you exit the program and restart it, you are told that the 30-day evaluation period has expired, and the program is no longer operable. Last week I sent an email to the Nihuo contact address on their website, but have not received a response. Apparently they don't want to sell their product very badly.
