Excellent product and best support ever

UK based quick response from support team nothing too much for these guys friendly and helpful great ticketing system has lots of features to use for every person no hidden costs (I absolutely hate when software companies hide their prices) straight forward app and business. same people you speak to so they know who you are we've suggested new bits and they added them very fast.
Cons
So many features that it takes a while to get your head around everything it can do so its a lot at first. The guides hasnt got everything in it but they are always adding new stuff so not surprising the prices are quite high sets up some things in installer for you but some bits need a bit of tech help to sort out the screens are grey so a bit boring to look at
Summary
really did get on with these guys. they listened to everything i had to say and had the answers from everyone i spoke with. web screens are in spanish for some of our end users which is wicked cool shame some bad reviews as i almost didnt give them a chance so this is to big them up a bit thanks guys

cheap they are based in england nice accents they answer the phone when you call apps

the software doesnt work it crashes the app is useless they promise you loads but nothing actually works!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! what a waste of time it was for us to try to use this software!!!
OK Software, Bad Billing Practices

Pros
Purchased this software on a month-to-month subscription. The software does exactly what it advertises.
Cons
The QuickBooks integration is extremely difficult and created new accounts and customers even though existing ones were mapped correctly. What really upset me about this software and developer is that when I cancelled my subscription because my needs had changed, they immediately cancelled my access to the software even though I had nearly a month left on my previous payment. They refused to refund my money.
Summary
While the software is good, be weary if you have to cancel as they will turn off your access to the software immediately, even if you have prepaid time left.

Pros
This software has the functionality of software way more expensive. I found it very easy to use, highly customizable. We must have tried about 20+ different products - this was the clear winner. <p>Excellent tech support too. Highly recommended!
