  Very easy to understand. Even for the most ignorant computer users.

  Cons

  Doesn't show the changes that it makes. It is a total "trust me" type of tweak on your internet connection.

  Summary

  Easy to use. Don't expect your dial-up to make a startling improvement. High speed connections will notice more of an improvement. As long as you know how you are connected to the internet and the operating system you have you should not have any problems with this.

  *Manages to Improve the speed. *It couldn't get any easier to use. *Compatible with Vista (unlike a lot of internet optimization programs)

  I'm on a dial up internet connection so obviously it can only be optimized so much. I took a speed test (using speedtest.net) before using NETEagle and I had an average download speed of 0.03Mb/second . After using NETEagle my average download speed changed to 0.04Mb/s - only a slight increase but it still seems to have done something for the better.

  This is the best speed-up software I ever had... I am using broadband here in the Philippines... and this is the only software which REALLY improved my speed. I assure you that after trying this, you will use this FOREVER!

  Pros

  - Install was easy - Selected my Windows version & connection type after install & did the restart - I was getting download speeds of 2500 kbps before using this product and got download speeds of 6000 kbps after using this product.

  Cons

  - None; I only wish I knew about this product earlier

  Summary

  It works just like the publisher said it would. Installing the product and the necessary restart to complete the changes it did took less than five minutes. This includes the time it took me to download and unzip the file.
