Faxback program with Netsatisfaction

Pros
worked well with older versions of operating system (XP and Small Business Server 2003)
Cons
Very poor support. They will not help you very much and treat you like you are an inconvenience. Program integrates poorly with Windows 7. The .pdf doesn't support Acorbat X.
Summary
I have been using Faxback for over 4 years now and finally have given up. They are terrible. The program is now old. The service is consists of them telling you to go look at thier database for answers. When searching, it never finds the problem you are looking for. They take over 24 hours to fix things many times. I hjave to be the one to call them. In summary...run away!
