Indispensible Application to Organize Outlook

Pros
I have an Outlook PST file (the file that holds all Outlook emails) that is over 2 gigabytes. I can search for a single word or phrase or for emails from any user and INSTANTLY get the results. I could not function without this program!
Cons
None. Not a single con. If managing your Outlook emails is a chore this application is for you.

Pros
Makes it easy to focus on the messages you want. It gets smarter the more you use it. Soon it automatically sorts, sifts, and filters your flood of e-mail into relevant and actionable piles.
Cons
It is a separate program that "talks" to Outlook, rather than an Outlook add-in. In some ways, that is a plus too.
Summary
Great tool. I've used it for years and watched it get better and better. Worth a try.
If your email seems out of control, get this software.

Outstanding Outlook add-on that proivdes automatic organization and search indexing. <p>Check out the media reviews and demos at the vendor's website. It provides a 30 day trial. I have purchased the product and have been extremely pleased.
