Does not work on my Windows 10

Pros
Does not work on my Windows 10 box.
Cons
It is a 'zip' file. I had to extract it to a local, unused, area that I keep for such purposes. I then ran the "setup" executable, which, clearly, used and assumed an older form of Windows (it almost looks like DOS!). When I ran it, a typical "about" box appeared, so I clicked it, and it went away! I tried it, again, but, this time, hit the 'enter' key, which seemed to work. However, when I tried to open an existing HTML file, it just sat there. That was it for me; I removed it.
Summary
If you have Win 10, don't bother. Anything else: you're on your own.
This one has got really easy interface all right
