GREAT and powerful renaming utility
trekalienSeptember 6, 2006
Pros
We used this nifty utility at work and it is the best renaimg utility we ever used.
Cons
I love it, but not very good for novice!
Summary
Ugly Win 95-style interface. Stupid numbering when batch renaming.

Pros
I does actually rename files.
Cons
When numbering files, it doesn't add the numbering at the end of the file name - it replaces the last characters of your mask name instead. If the mask name is "something", like this: "somethin8, somethin9, somethi10, somethi11". The numbering was the whole point in downloading this program, and when it doesn't even do that simple operation correctly, there's no use in it for me. Besides, the interface is not XP-style and uses ugly 16-color icons (!).
