I installed the softway and it asked me for a bunch of proxy server information that I have never been asked for with Trillian or other Universal IM clients. Maybe I don't understand what this software is supposed to do or how it is different from Trillian etc but it was uninstalled from my computer in less than 10 minutes. Unusable IMO.
