Welcome to MyHF-UK, a smartphone application for patients with heart failure developed by Servier Laboratories Ltd. You can use MyHF-UK app to record aspects of your heart failure. It will help you to record aspects such as weight, blood pressure, heart rate, and quality of life by means of a short questionnaire so you can discuss them with your doctor/nurse. Your entries can be displayed in graphs to help you follow the course of your condition. MyHF-UK also offers practical tips to help you learn more about heart failure and its management, through two main topics: diet and exercise. Finally, you can also use MyHF-UK as a daily treatment reminder: enter your current treatment and activate the push notification, to remind you to take your medication at the specified times. MyHF-UK is neither a telemedicine tool nor a substitute for professional medical care and advice.
