  Pros

  This reservation software for small inns and bed and breakfasts is just what I was looking for. It is very intuitive to use and helps me organize my reservations and print out invoices and information for tax purposes. It is much more user friendly than any other similar reservation software that I've seen. <p> <p>The basic interface is a calendar. On each day of the month, you can see which rooms are reserved. You can click on the day to make a new reservation or use the icons above the calendar if you don't want to surf the calendar. The icons are big and colorful, and there aren't so many that you get confused by which one to use. <p> <p>You can also zoom in on the week and the day for more information. When you're making a reservation, the software automatically creates a database of customers so that if someone returns to your inn, you don't have to reenter their information. <p> <p>What's great is that you can change information at any point in time before printing out the invoices for your guests. Another cool feature is that you can quickly and easily add amenities for each room like an extra bed, or bottled water, etc. This is very handy when offering room service or any other special service to your visitor's tab. <p> <p>Taxes are very easy to deal with as well on the software. You can include state and city taxes for easy record keeping, plus whatever special taxes you may have in your area. If you have discounts or different rates for on and off seasons, you can easily set the rates and adjust the invoice accordingly. <p> <p>All in all, this is high quality software that will make the process of room reservations, record keeping, and taxes very simple. I highly recommend the program for people who aren't very computer literate, as it is very easy to use. You'll spend probably just a couple hours getting the hang of it with the excellent tutorials and the user's guide.

  Cons

  My only complaint is that I wish the reservation screens were just a little larger. There is a lot of info to enter and the text is kind of small. This is a minor thing, though.

  Pros

  Very easy to set up and use. Well worth the small registration fee. This is the nicest and easiest to use B&B software I've found on the net!
