Decently built, but doesn't do more than Contact Management

Pros
Nice build, easily accessible. Able to produce basic reports. Nice My Working Day view. However, I have to click 4 times till I get from there into history of a client.
Cons
Missing features of a CRM, although it claims to be. Adding new tasks or opportunities is pain, I have to open the contact. Consider choosing more soft colors.
