This games simulates a checkboard where cells are born and die according to a set of 3 simple rules. The original Game Of Life was created by John Conway as an example of celluar automation. In MusicalLife, the cells within the Life grid are interpreted like musical notes on musical score to create interesting melodies. Optionally, the application may be installed as a screensaver with or without music. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
