  Pros

  Unlike most similar programs I've tried, MuralPix makes it easy to use any picture as wallpaper without stretching or tiling the image to fit the desktop. It provides a variety of options for the borders of the image, including my favorite, which fills in the empty space around the picture with a matching color and texture.

  Has some wonderful options, such as preferring new images or images taken at the current time of year, recursive folders,

  Doesn't appear to be able to change less than once per minute, and the interface is a bit hulky (but it works!)

  Summary

  I'm very, very happy to have found this app. It's two minor cons are nothing compares to the other rubbish equivalents on cnet, this one (so far!) works and is well configurable.

  Pros

  Easy to use, beautifully done, FREE!, add entire directory/sub-directories at once, include same or different directories for screen-saver. Costomizable.

  Cons

  Interface is a little arcane. Screensaver has to be selected manually (not hard).
