A great tool to remove the file-in-use restriction on in-use files.

Its free. <p>It lets you unlock and modify/delete files which are in use by the system. <p>Provides great information about locked files.
Cons
I think Unlocker is a better program. Its a little more...integrated...into the system...right click context menu and all.

I've been searching for some time for this utility! I don't need it often, but every now and then it is VERY VERY handy! I would like to see an option for it to install as a "Right-Click Menu Item" in Windows Explorer.
