In addition to the user-unfriendly naming convention, the box to list the found animation files on your PC slightly covers the file name. Simple to use and contains quite a few good examples. Allows uploading of other files you have found on the net.. No way to create your own, but this is prohibited by Microsoft anyway.
Cons
Always tries to get you to visit their website when the application launches which is rather annoying, but it is freeware!

MSN Content Crazy Show allows you to download, preview, install MSN winks and dynamic display pictures with only few clicks. It can download winks (display pictures) from server automatically. Now it has 1300 winks (moods) to download and more will be added everyday. It also can preview and install resource from local hard disk (like MCO installer). Version 5.2.2 is a bug fixing release.
