MPS in a Tablet for iOS

As managed print becomes a main stay in our industry Office Document Consulting Inc. developed MPS in a tablet. It is a sales application developed to assist sales representatives selling in the office technology industry (MFP's, printers, fax machines, software) as they present managed print to current and prospective customers. Introduced almost 2.5 years ago the solution has provided a number of sales reps a "digital value proposition" assisting the reps in their sales calls. We populated MPS in a tablet with presentations, whitepapers videos and links to specific information that would help educate the end user customer. The bottom line, we are providing sales reps all of the content to overcome any objection that might come there way in a sales call, for example; customer what is MPS? show them a video under the all about MPS tab, after the 1.30 minute video the customer will have a much better idea what MPS is not to mention it will create a discussion leading to other content. There are 6 landing pads labeled "RMS Software" (remote management software), "Documents" collection of lease, service contract, MPS agreement, technology brochures, "Solutions" workflow and print related solutions that the dealer/channel partner/OEM offer in their portfolio, "DOCassess" video instruction, onBoarding doc, and link to current state mapping app, "all about MPS" presentations, industry video and "e-learning" which contains presentations, videos all related to our industry helping to educate sales in area's like managed print, IT Services, managing accounts, objection handling. The new MPS in a tablet App will operate both online and offline give greater flexibility where WIFI is not available.The power of MPS in a tablet lies in the fact that we are able to deliver resources that support sales reps in the field to present to their end user customers and prospects. In addition by way of authentication we can integrate proprietary content, logos, colors and graphics that strengthen the dealer or OEMs value proposition.
