Pros
A simple frame accurate MP3 editor that doesn't require recompression is something needed.
Cons
There's no way to know where you are in the MP3 file except by the numeric only frame number display. The program provides no facility to simultaneously listen to the MP3 file and select edit in and out points. Unless you happen to write down frame numbers and edit points from some external program that displays that information, I can't see any possible way this program can be used. What good is a frame accurate editor if you can't listen to what frame you are in while editing? No help file or documentation is provided and no email to ask the author questions about using the program. If I'm using it wrong or missed something, there's no way for me to find out.
