Straight forward, I guess. There are only three things you can do with the program, and basically three choices when it's opened.
Cons
There's a point at which you really need more information than just "conversion started," then a great period of waiting and an error message. This really isn't worth it. Get Videora.

No Support, need to know largest file it will work with. splitting 1 Gig files works Ok, but tried to piece each MPEG4 file back together and had trouble, so trying to create 1 VOB file at 4gig to convert to MPEG4 having trouble, any hints.

With a little work it does do exactly what you need. You cannot enter in a file name in DVD to iPod mode, just the output folder, otherwise it will not work. Just change the name after. And on Video to iPod it puts the files into the C:\Program Files\Keronsoft\MobileVideo For iPod folder. I looked there after have done 4 'failed' trys and found them there. Anyways it does work, it just needs some fixing.

Like I said above, you can't name your DVD files and you might have trouble finding you video files.
