Mobile Time Sheet is an ideal solution for small business who wants to manage the employee time. This app allows employees to report their time on each project on a weekly or bi-monthly basis and have the supervisor to approve the time for billing or record keeping purpose. The app maintains a audit trail of the user activity so that changes can be tracked including the location from which the activity was performed. This can be an useful feature when your employees work offsite.The application is free to use for 30 days. After 30 days, you need to upgrade to a paid subscription plan to continue to use the application. The application offers two different subscription plans. If you are a supervisor and would want to view and approve the timesheet of other employees in your company, you need to subscribe for the "Corporate User" plan. The subscription fee for that plan is $4.99 per month and it is renewed automatically. Each of the employees in your company who wants to use the application and report time should subscribe to the "Basic User" plan. The subscription fee for that plan is $2.99 per month. If you are using the application for yourself and you just want to keep track of the time you spent on various projects, you need to subscribe to the "Basic User" with the subscription fee of $2.99 per month. If you are a supervisor who has signed up for the "Corporate User" plan, you can setup a code for your company and share that with each employees who are part of the company. When they signup for the "Basic User" plan, they can join your company by entering the code you shared with them. This allows your employees to report time and you to see the time sheets submitted by them.The "Basic User" and "Corporate User" plans are also available at an annual subscription with the subscription fee of $29.99 and $49.99 per year.
