Mobile Knox for Android can import encrypted xml files. It is a secure password manager with some features. It comes with an automatic lock that is active after Mobile Knox is idle for a certain amount of time. It utilizes secure encryption standard AES and SHA. It provides random and secure passwords can be generated by shaking the phone. Entries can be searched by title and content. Entries already used near the current position can be displayed. This allows finding entries that are used only on certain positions. Mobile Knox can be installed on the SD card.

Too bad they make you jump through hoops to import

Pros
Both mobile and desktop software that can be synced up is great
Cons
You don't have time to input hundreds of passwords then you should be able to import your passwords. This software expects you to have a csv file formatted exactly as they want which makes this software much too time consuming and difficult to use.
Summary
Could not use without easier importing.
