Mini Timer is a simple alarm program that alerts you when the minutes you have selected are up. Simply put the executable, timer.exe and timer.wav, in a folder create a shortcut and run the program. It is self-explanatory. You will need msvbvm60.dll. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
