• Easy phone calls from your computer!

  I like this product. I like using the phone - it is simple to call friends who are online, but I need to get a few more using this so i can call them. I tried the Call Out option to call normal phone numbers (tough to beat 30 free minutes), and its convenient! All the calls so far sound really good. It also has solid IM features (I like the file transfer options) and especially like the offline messaging.

  I am looking forward to it getting more options in the future...but so far so good!

  Pros

  Another offering in the VoIP space, seems like a solid client, works with Google Talk and has standard IM features. Voice set-up was easy, and the main thing was how clear the calls are, noticably better than competitors. You can call cell phones and regular phones too, they give you 30 minutes free to try it out. Firewalls don't seem to be much of a problem (unlike AIM). As an Earthlink customer for 10 years, I like the connection with Earthlink.

  Cons

  Needs more customization, buddy icons, sounds etc and conferencing would be nice, but it's still only version 1, so I'll wait and see.

  Pros

  Great product! The sound quality is amazing! I enjoy using it with my co-workers, family and friends. It has increased the ease and efficiency of my communications. And I love that many of my calls are free and that calls to regular phone numbers are cheap (even internationally)! This is a great voice over IP (VoIP ) and over-all communications product!
