I don't like that ADCALLS claims that this software is free to use yet they do not AT THIS TIME extend it to me free of charge but even go further to try to coerce through deception charges

It used to work OK.

It stopped working in mid September 2007. When I contacted customer support, I was directed to register and download the newer software at beyondphone.com<p>This worked but no longer allows for free PC to phone after an initial $1.20 credit is used up. The support person at beyondphone.com did say that PC to phone calls are no longer free. Can anyone recommend a real free PC to phone service that will run on Windows 98??
