  Pros

  Fine if you use the tool to demonstrate what a Work Breakdown Structure is. The tree structure is modestly functional. That's about it.

  Cons

  Extremely quirky to use. For instance, if you move an object left/right/down/up and then decide to add another object, the SW resets the position of the ones you moved and you land up having to move them again. You can't just drag things around. As another example, when right clicking on an object to bring up the aux menu it many times just blinks at you. And then sometimes when you re-right click on it, it brings up the property sheet instead. It's also buggy. I apparently did something that causes it to not be able to export to MS Project. When I export, I get an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error (like that's useful). I call this a bug because there is obviously something wrong with my diagram but nothing is highlighted or otherwise pointed to that will help me fix the problem.

  Summary

  Don't waste your time with this software unless all you want to do with it is demonstrate what a Work Breakdown Structure looks like (in very simplistic way). If your a serious project manager, this user unfriendly tool will frustrate you more than it helps.
