  Pros

  Ease of use. Simple operation. Suitable for almost everyone provided you don't have reps out on the road taking orders. Intergeneration with outlook add on provides Customer Relations Management.- FAB

  Cons

  I can't see a way to import sales orders from sales reps that are away from the office. So at the moment you have to retype the entire order in again over the telephone of copy it from a fax. I hope MS address this. Ideally there should be an add on for a PDA which emails the reps order back to the office. Either that or WAN support or off line server on the internet which is synchronized for stock levels etc. Unfortunately this is a major oversight by MS.

  It is soo confusing and nothing useful.

  A cheap imitation of quick books, but as usual like all other Microsoft products this also fails to replicate the product they copied..A bad experience..

  Pros

  Looks great, nice navigator.

  Cons

  Very complicated to use without good accounting knowledge. I just wanted to enter a stock item and had to fill-in general ledger income / COS / etc account defaults. I wouldn't use this as a basic billing program.
