Downloads and syncs podcasts easily (and works with itunes and other players)

Pros
- easy management of all podcasts on mediafly<p>- downloads in the background so you're always up to date<p>- improves on itunes native podcast players, such as removing old stuff<p>- automatically syncs with most usb players (e.g. my sansa)
Cons
You need to have a Mediafly.com account before installing the software (but the account is free).
