MB DNA Analysis for Windows

MB is a free multi-functional DNA/protein analysis program. Its main advantage is that it combines all of the most widely used features needed for an advanced molecular analysis of genomic/proteomic data. Features of MB are a fast restriction analysis algorithm, promoter analysis, calculation of molecular weights and chemical properties of proteins, prediction of the secondary protein structures (after Chou-Fasman). Version 6.84 includes sequence editor with a runtime translation/editing feature with ORF selection and highlighting, restriction profiles and sequence alignment.
