MasterPlex ReaderFit is an instrument independent software designed specifically for the quantitative curve fitting analysis of immunoassays such as ELISA and Dose Response assays (i.e. EC50, IC50, IC90) with our time-tested model equations such as the 4 Parameter Logistic (4PL) or 5 Parameter Logistic (5PL) with or without weighting and much more. MasterPlex ReaderFit is designed with the end-user in mind making it very simple to get from data import to results. Our Best Fit feature automatically selects the optimal model equation and weighting algorithm with different parameters to optimize for: Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), R-Square, and Standard Deviation of % Recovery. The recently added Quality Control Manager automatically flags outliers based on user defined thresholds such as %CV. Once the curve fit is done, all the results and charts are automatically generated for you making it very easy to export into popular file formats such as CSV. Results include the standard curve or dose response curve, interpolated or extrapolated unknown concentrations, EC50 or IC50 values, statistical replicate group information.
