The straightforward program interface is clear, graphically bringing together employee, equipment, and space availability with dates and times. You can program and schedule projects as far into the future as needed, and create Gantt charts to help allocate resources for current tasks. Most resource issues are illustrated with Gantt charts, with the characteristic boxes representing each task. Pop-up boxes and toolbars help you edit information on the charts. The program allows splitting resources into categories and restricting time allocated for staff leave, projects, or training. Overall, though this program may not be as robust as others on the market, it is a useful, simple planner that can help any small business keep better track of employees and resources.
