  If you uninstall it and re-installed, it will not install correctly and crashes. it does not use your local drive as a path but wants a server path. Very confusing and hard to use. Gets stuck in a endless loop

  Pros

  I like to have the piece and mind that I have copies of receipts for my larger purchases such as the my house hold electrical appliances, no need to keep a tatty folder full of paper when now I know there safe and backed up on my PC. <p> <p>Spent ages looking for a decent document type storage program that I could easily and simply use, plus afford! Some of these were way out of my price range can't believe some of the prices, yet this program is great. I found it before it was on download.com, saw it on the QVC shopping channel last xmas (2005). <p> <p>I've also started to keep copies of my bank statements, and general bills, which I can now shred after I've scanned them in, because I don't like the idea of someone rummaging through my bins finding account information, and the banks dont keep information forever now-a-days, at least I now can with Mangofile. <p> <p>Theres also a neat reminder feature, so I can scan in my car insurance and MOT certificate, and close to the renewal date I get a reminder with my message to renew it, its great as I always forget! <p> <p>I don't think you'll be disappointed, all I can say is its great for keeping all my documents safe, can even store emails, which I use a bit. And for the price, I think its worth it.

  ..'dealing with clients on a daily basis, means constantly reviewing their needs, their technical issues & requests etc. and searching through files for that one piece of paper is both time consuming and often frustrating, now it's a pleasure it's a simple click and access is instant with Mangofile'. <p>As a company we benefited from a reduction of business cost by reducing the volumes of paper storage, freeing up expensive floor space for more productive use; and the retrieval of documents is now at our finger tips. <p>Mangofile gives users web-based access and integrates with Microsoft Office, MS Exchange and Lotus Mail. <p>Most importantly, the documents processed through Mangofile are encrypted and tamper proof for a secure audit trail.

• Paperless office is here and save time & money!

  Pros

  Very simple to use, didn't need a lot of training. Most useful software I've tested for day-to-day living. Just saved the price of a new iron when I produced a warranty document which states it comes with a 2 year warranty instead of the normal 1. Since downloading mangofile, I had scanned, indexed and saved all my household documents. It took me less than a second to find the Morphy Richards warranty and faxed it over. A new iron arrived 2 days later! Since I saved money on the iron, I have bought mangofile and now I have all my paper documents in one place, on my computer. I can now also throw away the filing cabinet which keeps on falling apart! Definitely recommended.
