Magento Copy Categories save you time when you have to create new categories quickly. Automating the copying process eliminates the chances of mistake that can occur otherwise. Copy Category button makes it all happen with a single click. If and when you try to move categories manually you are bound to make mistakes. Don't take any chances. You can choose to keep the relationship the same for the new category/sub that you are creating by selecting an option. Admin also has the option to keep the relationship with products by selecting the option "Copy Product Relations" A smart feature of search and replace will let the admin to duplicate categories with new names. Enter the old text and new text and copy category module will handle the copy of categories with new names.
