None that I can think of.

Does NOT copy Disney DVDs, although that's just what they claim it will do. They will NOT refund your money, contrary to their "guarantee". I had to get my back to do a chargeback.
Summary
Liars! Cheats! Evildoers! Run away! Run away! There are plenty of free DVD rippers that work for most DVDs. When you need one for a tough DVD, such as Disney, you're screwed. The company selling this crapware claims this will rip Disney DVDs, but that's a lie. Their marketing info says they offer 30-day money-back guarantee, but that's another lie.

- Unable to copy training video - In trying to copy a movie it stopped at 75% - Extremely poor customer service. No response at all - Very cumbersome return process. Submit refund request. Wait 5 days. Call back. On hold. Again request refund. Wait for processing.

No support by company. Company fails to honor its 30 day money back guarantee even though I provided crash reports and details of the failure of Macxdvd to work on a late model iMac.

Slower running on a quad core MacBook Pro than MacTheRipper running on a dual core G5. If you're trying to make a backup copy of DVDs from Disney, you'll end up with a 70+Gb .iso file that won't fit on a dual layer DVD+R. If try to point this out to the company's tech support, they'll ask you to upload a copy of the DVD to their FTP site so they can "diagnose" the problem. Can you say copyright infringement? Then they'll tell you that's not their fault. Padding the DVD with phantom files is a copy protection scheme, and MacX DVD Ripper Pro is ineffective against it. Of course reading this web site would leave you to believe that MacX DVD Ripper Pro is a superior product because it specifically addresses ripping Disney discs, including backing up to DVD+R: http://www.macxdvd.com/how-to-rip-disney-dvd-copy-protection-registered.htm?run.mxdr450 If you point this out to tech support, and ask for a refund because the software doesn't do what is claimed, you'll get more excuses.

This worked great! I was able to rip hundreds of old DVDs and personal videos and play them back through my Apple TV.
Cons
I moved and didn't use the software for several months. When I tried to go back and use it, my app was in trial mode and my license code didn't work. I was told there had been a "major upgrade" and I had to fork over $7 more to use the program. Sorry guys but for the $40 I already shelled out, $7 more and I'm switching to an app that won't charge me every few months for a "big upgrade."
Summary
I'm no n00b to the software world. Charging a customer $7 for a DVD ripper upgrade is lame as all get out. I could buy a whole lot of other way more useful things with my money.

Program crashed many times just attempting to do what it purports to do.

In the end, it was a total waste of $30.00 because it didn't do any better than the free version - it would rip about 15 minutes worth of material, then crash, just like the free version. Then 15 minutes became 2 minutes. I finally had to download a trial version of another DVD ripping program with a limit of 5 minutes and get the rest of the material converted 5 minutes at a time.

Mac DVDRipper Pro phones home to Google Analytics. The only reason to do so to my knowledge is to allow Google surveillance of my computer behavior. If your app is going to surveil my computer use, then ASK MY PERMISSION FIRST, DAMMIT. I have used my reverse firewall Little Snitch to deny Mac DVDRipper Pro access to Google Analytics forever. I suggest other folks with reverse firewalls consider doing the same.
Absolutely no user-end encoding options

So easy an infant could use it. A few clicks and you're done.
Cons
Can't make any adjustments to the encoding types before you rip the content. This means that you have absolutely no choice but to rip your DVD into their default filetype, which is '.dvdmedia' (a VERY silly choice on their part, since this is a MAC only format). I ripped a DVD and have absolutely no information on the quality, codecs, etcetera. So, if you were hoping to be able to rip a DVD into a standard and simple AVI, it would have to be a TRANSCODE. Horrible program if you plan to share your content with other people (via bittorrent or otherwise) or if you have android devices, because you'll have to transcode the content.

This program is for people who don't care about the versatility of their files, and are only hoping to play their content on their own products at home (which have to be Apple only, btw).
