I had been unable to use the program since upgrading to iTunes 12.1, as it always indicated that iTunes launched failed or told me to install iTunes while I open M4VGear. The new interface is quite disappointing, And subtitles and 5.1 audio track will be kept only when I choose output format as Same as source for mp4 amd mov.
