Unlike the Windows task scheduler, M2 Launcher can execute shell commands. It has full online help and is free to download and use. Version 2.0 adds auto-restart upon program start. This allows the timer to maintain state after a server crash.

Task Manager can easily execute shell commands if you direct it to a batch file, and it can start theoretically any file as long as there is a program there to run it (it can even restart your whole computer if you want it to, although that's a bit more difficult)... There is no need for this program.

Why do people learn to create programs for windows BEFORE they even know there way around windows? This is a waste of hd space & memory you probably already have task scheduler running, use that.
