Lottie Vectors will take vector data and lets you view, and edit 2d vectors in a 3d figure window. It comes with lots of ways to tweak your data, the display, and has a simple format for enterings vectors in various forms from degree and magnitude, to more types like cart coords, x or y based schemes, relative, absolute, or any combination.

It has features like Range, Focus and List Sort that can take you dataset and make the information thats behind it come to life.
