Must say that I'm definitely picky about the software I install, and this little app does what I needed, to convert PDF documents to a JPEG image for embedding in an email message. AVG didn't detect any malware as one other reviewer mentioned.
Cons
None for my purposes.
Summary
Would definitely recommend for its precise function, tiny size, and reliability.
