The scenic grandeur of the Pacific Northwest coastline comes to life with this lighthouse-themed screensaver. Lonely Sentinels Lighthouse Screensaver provides a nice variety of pictures, ranging from close-up shots of lighthouses along a rocky, fog-shrouded coast to aerial views. We can't complain much about the quality of the pictures, as they exhibited few--if any--artifacts. Some music would help convey the right ambiance, but it appears as if the free version disables this feature. Still, you can set the interval between images and choose whether to use transitions (though you won't be able to pick which effects are used). Folks seeking a free screensaver with some awfully pretty pictures might as well add this one to their collection.
