All other programs and automatorstuff pretending to lock your files cost to much time and energy. This plugin is just fast and reliable. It never let me down. If you're looking for a way to lock and unlock files fast and easy, this is the one! Free. Apple should build this standard in Leopard.

All you need to do is right-click and select lock or unlock. I'd have written it myself if I hadn't found it, but this does just what I want it to. I only wish there was an option to recursively lock and unlock all of the files in a folder and its subfolders.
