LobbyCentral Kiosk replaces paper sign-in sheets to keep customer information private and ensures that your business complies with applicable privacy and confidentially laws. This self-service app allows customers to check in for assistance by entering in their name or scanning their driver's license. Customers choose a reason for their visit from a list that you create. You can also add the ability for the customer to select an available employee, create custom question fields, and require the customer to read and acknowledge an agreement/disclaimer before checking in. Additional Features: Add background to display your company logo or product. Set titles and sub-titles including colors. Idle time-out to reset the kiosk. Standard native client or traditional web version. Driver's license check-in (see below). Driver's License Check-In. Customers can check-in using any AAMVA compliant driver's license by scanning the 2d barcode on the back of the license. Barcode scanning requires an iPad 2 or higher for optimized camera scanning. iPad Air or higher is recommended. A supported Unimag reader is required to read the magnetic strip. Barcode and Magnetic strip must be AAMVA compliant. Supported Unimag card readers: Unimag Pro (Recommended). Unimag I or II. Unimag Shuttle. Supported 2d barcode: AAMVA format version 01 or higher. Non-encrypted format. All states are now required to have a 2d barcode on the back of the driver's license which meets AAMVA card specifications and is not encrypted. Please note that older licenses may still be using proprietary formats as states begin to replace with the required format. System Requirements. LobbyCentral Cloud account or LobbyCentral On-Premise 7.3.0 or higher.
