Livid Batch Export Utility for Windows

User Reviews

• Looks promising, but does not work due to being dated

  youberDecember 29, 2008

  Pros

If it worked, could allow Quicktime to be used as an encoder

  Cons

If it worked, interface could use a little improvement

  Summary

This software looked very promising for allowing Quicktime to be used as an encoder, for example from WAV to AAC (M4A). Quicktime can do this on its own, but there is no automation or batch ability, so the user must individually open and convert every file individually. That's where Live Batch Export Utility would have come in. However, it appears the authors stopped updating their program, so it does not work with the latest or recent versions of Quicktime.
