  Management of multiple projects and clients. Easy time tracking, review and timesheet export. Storage and sharing service for files. Import from MS Project and Excel. Performance and status graphics. E-mail integration support. Collaboration tools.

  High cost comparing with other tools in the market and no version control.

  Summary

  Project management software that use cloud computing architecture with a friendly rich web based user interface and collaboration capacities. It's compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows 7, Linux, Mac OS, recent versions of Android and iOS. It seems a lot to offer, but with a price of $29 per user it's pricey too, also don't have support for file versioning, and the interface could be slow to load if you don't have a recent computer with a fast internet connection. Starting with de home screen, everything it's organized and intuitive. The desktop-like user interface, with keyboard shortcuts and drag and drop integration, it's very well constructed and easy to use. After the log in process, the home screen has the principal options in the top menu and a resume of progress and tasks of the projects. There's access to all projects, tasks, timesheet, or workspace, manage settings for adding members, workspaces creation, and timesheets reviewing. Along the left-hand side of the screen there is a quick view of the tasks assigned to the user that are at risk, what items of interest have recently changed, how many hours the user have put toward a project, and what tasks are up next. Finally, the rest of the screen is occupied with a Facebook-like feed, which reveals the facts relating to tasks across all the projects. The Projects screen shows the entire project planning with different colors icons for fast detections of problems and delays. In conclusion it's a powerful tool to manage many projects in a well designed user interface with online and mobile capacities, but with a high cost of operation.
