Not All It's Cracked Up To Be

Many customizable options.
Cons
Every now and then, the folder and file permissions you set in your file manager in order for the software to work inexplicably goes back to what they were before. I've recently run into an issue, that doesn't allow the sites you add to show at all.
Summary
Even though the knowledgebase at their website seems to be extensive, there are some issues it can't seem to answer. And i've run into one of those issues. But in order to get live support , you have to pay $5. :( If you're looking for a good link exchange management *slash* directory software, might i suggest Dew-Code instead (free), or php link directory or qlwebDS if you're willing to pay a little money for good quality...
