  To begin with an obvious flaw: the Hebrew in the dictionary reads from left to right, which is ridiculous. Another flaw: the program translates only one word at a time; it can not translate complete sentences, which some free online translation services can do. A very serious flaw is that one can neither enter a word to be translated, nor jump to a letter of the alphabet; one must actually scroll through the entire dictionary to find the word which one wants translated. Still another flaw: it pronounces the one-word definitions aloud, but the synthesized speech is difficult to understand; it is spoken too quickly, and vowels are pronounced too softly; and there is no way to adjust the rate at which the words are spoken. This program is so bad, it should be free.
