Once installed on your desktop or laptop PC this remarkable dictionary not only translates between English and Arabic but also speaks the translations out loud using the latest TTS (text-to-speech) technology. LingvoSoft English-Arabic Talking Dictionary 2007 consists of three elements: Linguistic, Interface, and Integration.

Arabic for Windows includes extended and corrected vocabulary, an advanced Spell-Check function that lets you find misspelled and incorrectly entered words, and a Synonyms Search function that lets you request a list of synonyms for a selected word. With a new Word-By-Word Translation function, you can type a sentence and quickly get a translation for each word. Version 4.0.19 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

pronunciation is inaccurate sometimes. the voice isn't attractive enough especially for those who r to buy this software. seperating phrasals might slow research down and this si certainly againist your strategy.

If you are just looking to see what an English word is in Arabic, and vice versa, this is fine.
Cons
If you are trying to learn how to SPEAK Arabic, this is a complete waste of time...it only gives you the English pronunciation, which if you are trying to learn Arabic, you obviously don't need. Overall, disappointing.
