Bad support I cannot contact the team to get any help in setting up the system
Summary
I have a fully synced system now, but cannot find out how to set up users and actually access my quickbooks from other devices. The support team is ABSOLUTELY useless and no help. despite NUMEROUS emails and at least 10 Phone calls. ALL calls ho to a voicemail, and NO ONE HAS EVER REPLIED to my calls. so ALL in ALL I was very excited about the concept, but the execution and reality has been very very displeasing. I hope that someone from Levion reads this and responds.
This software makes you more productive.

Pros
I have been using Levion for nearly 3 months and am way more productive than I used to be. Not to mention my associates who use this as well. They use it in the field and are able to create invoices and estimates which means there is no double entering into the system.
Cons
Right now they don't have any native app but it does work fine on all the tablets we have so I guess its not a problem.
Summary
I would recommend this to anybody with a sales team or anybody that invoices/estimates/collects payments from the field. It's reliable and its the easiest software that I've seen.
I really enjoy using this product!

Pros
I started off using this product for just looking at the general health of my business and found a bunch of cool features other than just the summaries. I now have 3 sales people entering orders on their iPads and another on her iPhone. It is really useful for invoicing and collecting payments (that is what my business is all about being a pool filter repair company).
Cons
Since it is free and I mainly use it for invoicing on the iPad, there aren't any major cons. As soon as they release the check writing feature and reconciliation features I am sure I will personally use it more.
