SharePoint Auditor stores all logs for archives in its propriety file format that can never be overwritten and easily accessible when required. The software allows generation of 40+ reports based on changes to Servers, libraries, folders, content user permissions, accesses, groups etc in PDF, MHT or CSV files. These can be customized based on sorting, searching, filters and group by etc. and can be saves on disk or emailed to the particular user mailbox at defined time intervals.

The software sends instant alerts through emails to the desired recipient on pre configured critical changes, accesses or any suspicious activities. All you need to do is install a dedicated Agent on the Server where SharePoint is installed. It mutely collects all auditing data and sends it to the main program that is installed on the same or the computer on network.
