Extend default document management capabilities of MS SharePoint.

Legeris extends SharePoint's Document Management capabilities. Legeris for SharePoint extends the out of the box capabilities by requiring users to acknowledge reading of business documents your company depends on. In addition, the included questionnaire feature enables you to challenge employees understanding of updated documents.

Legeris for SharePoint is supported on SharePoint 2010 and 2013 from foundation upwards. An Office 365 version will be released in the near future.

Automatic Notifications

A Free alternative to SharePoint alerts that can be managed from a single SharePoint list

Send notifications when Legeris monitored documents are added or updated, a more dynamic alternative to SharePoint alerts.

Additional features, as described at legeris.net, can be activated by in App purchased in the Licencing area of the Legeris Service Application administration centre accessed via SharePoint Central Administration.
