Doesn't work in Vista. It seemed to install correctly, but I got an error message when launching it:
"Component 'comctl32.ocx' not correctly registered: file is missing or invalid"
Summary
I realize this version isn't supposed to work in Vista, but hopefully an updated version will be made? Probably not, since it hasn't been updated since 2005 :(

Pros
Software is good but before playing ,one needs to be perfect with rules and strategies of poker.
Cons
No Software can tell us how to play poker until unless you have read poker rules and strategies.. An e-book or website like pokkercards.com can provide very good information as to how to play poker, strategy, tips guidance.<p> I suggest, first read tips & strategy articles, try to understand basic terms of poker then play for free by downloading this software.

Good Learning Tool

Pros
Most casinos have some sort of learner's sessions, tables, etc. Think of this as the equivilant. It is very good at teaching Texas Hold-em; at the end, there is a pitch for on-line gambling and for a specific web site. Still, it appears very straight forward. I don't want to endorce the on-line gambling part but the training part of this is good.
Cons
It is really about Texas Hold-em and should be labeled so - even with the introduction to poker in general
